Founded in 1973 in the Chaleur Bay region (Baie des Chaleurs), Patasol farm has made potato growing its principal vocation. The owners, Martin and Michèle Poirier, maintain the objective of raising superior quality vegetables. The microclimate and sea air are significant advantages. Moreover, we ensure product marketing for the Conserverie de la Baie, namely jams and jellies containing no additives or preservatives, as well as organic cheeses from l’Ancêtre. These products hail from Gaspésian soil.
